Instructions
Toast old fashioned oatmeal in medium saucepan with no oil for 1-2 mins. Set aside in large bowl.Put all other ingredients (except for oatmeal) into med saucepan over high heat, when it comes to a boil, take off heat and slowly pour over Toasted oatmeal and mix evenly.

By using 2 spoons shape into oval ball drop into wax paper, flattened each cookies with a bottom of plate or cup. Serve cold or room temperature.
